No Utahns on "Top Model"

Good news for yours truly — no one from Utah is on the upcoming season of “America’s Next Top Model.” Which means . . . I won’t have to watch it! Hurrah!

What IS the appeal of this show, anyway? My teenage daughter (who tries to hide the fact that she watches it from me) can’t explain it.

As for the new contestants, The CW has kindly told us what their occupations are –nine students; a student/athlete; a customer service rep; a program assistant at a non-profit; one is unemployed; and one is a hostess/go-go dancer.

I couldn’t make this stuff up if I tried . . .
