Sugarland refunds

OK, everyone.

Here is the official statement and policy for those wanting refunds because Sugarland won’t be performing as part of Kenny Chesney’s “Sun City Carnival” tour July 23 (tonight) at Rio Tinto Stadium.

In fact, here is the release from Rio Tinto Stadium::

“Attention: Previously announced act Sugarland will not be performing tonight. Jennifer Nettles has lost her voice. All other acts have extended their set lists and concert times will remain the same. Refunds will be available at the Box Office tonight only until 6:30 PM. Thank you, Rio Tinto Stadium.”

1. Refunds will be available only at the Rio Tinto Stadium Box office

2. Refunds will be available up until the first act completes their set

3. Refunds will only be given to the original purchaser of the ticket. Those that purchased through a third party will not be refunded by our box office

4. Refunds will be executed via the method in which the tickets were purchased (credit card back to card, cash for cash purchases)
