Hey all you “So You Can Think You Can Dance Fans!”
As you know, Utah’s own Brandon Bryant, the transplanted Floridian who dances with Orem’s Odyssey Dance Theatre, took second place in “So You Think You Can Dance” earlier this month.

Well, he has been honored by Governor Gary Herbert.
Gov. Herbert declaired today, Aug. 20, “Brandon Bryant Day in Utah.”
“Odyssey Dance Theatre has been an important and viable part of the arts and culture of the great state of Utah for the past 15,” Herbert said in a statement.
In addition, Herbert said ODT and Bryant’s achievements has given Utah international exposure and will serve as an inspiration to many young dancers in the state.
Bryant will return to Utah today for a special appearance from 3-6 p.m. at the fountain court at South Towne Mall, State Street and 10600 South, before he embarks on the “So You Think You Can Dance” tour.
Fans can get am autographed photo taken with Bryant for $10, and watch free performance at 5 p.m.
The money will benefit Odyssey Dance Theatre’s free performance ticket donations to underserved populations.
