After canceling Utah performances two years in a row, the Dave Matthews Band has announced its intentions, once again, to play the USANA Amphitheatre this summer.
This time, however, the band announced the Utah show is free to those who bought tickets last year.
The tour, which was announced by DMB’s publicists yesterday, has confirmed that the band will play Aug. 17.
Fans who bought tickets to last year’s show will be contacted with details on how to obtain their free tickets, according to a press release sent by DMB’s management. “After the initial offering to the 2009 ticket holders, the remainder of the Aug. 17 concert tickets will be made available to the general public.
The announcements will be given at a later date. So stay tuned.
Let’s hope there won’t be another announcement stating, yet, another cancellation.
