Gallivan Center to open again with great summer lineup

The USANA Amphitheatre won’t be the only venue to see great outdoor concerts this summer.

The remodeled Gallivan Center is scheduled to re-open June 1 and United Concerts already has a fantastic summer lineup on tap:

June 9 – Sam Bush

July 7 – Toad the Wet Sprocket

July 10 – The Avett Brothers

July 16 – Grace Potter & The Nocturnals

Aug. 7 – Amos Lee

Aug. 18 – B.B. King

Picnic baskets will be allowed in the Gallivan Center for concerts, but no outside beverages. The new Gallivan Center will hold between 3,000 to 5,000 people for United shows.

United Concerts also promises additional acts to be named soon. And that’s on top of their season at USANA. The full USANA schedule is expected to be revealed in a couple of weeks.

Tickets for the shows mentioned are on sale. It’s shaping up to be a great summer of music along the Wasatch Front.
