Good news for Adele fans who were disappointed by her last minute cancellation at The Depot on May 29: she has rescheduled her show for Aug. 21.
Better news for fans who weren’t going to get to The Depot show anyway because it had been sold out for months: the show has been moved to the remodeled Gallivan Center which holds 3,800 more people than The Depot.
Adele was forced to cancel her Salt Lake show, and the rest of her North American tour, after losing her voice.
With rest, Adele plans to take her soulful soaring voice back on the road with full strength beginning in August. Adele’s latest album, 21, anchored by the song, “Rolling in the Deep,” have been at or near the top of the charts for most of the year.
