The lineup for the ASCAP Music Cafe was finally announced last week.
The annual spotlight on music in film kicks off with a couple of big names on Jan. 23. Former Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver frontman Scott Weiland brings his new band to Park City on the 23rd and 24th. Other performers on the 23rd include Joe McGinty, best known for his 5-years as keyboardist for the Psychedelic Furs and for being the creator of the popular Loser’s Lounge series.
Longtime Weezer guitarist Brian Bell is also scheduled to perform on the 23rd. Fun keyboardist Andrew Dost will play the music cafe on the 24th and 25th.
Other acts this year include the Jamestown Revival, Josh Fullbright and Mosco Rosco.
The Music Café will be located at the Rich Haines Gallery, 751 Main Street, and will be open to all festival credential holders, 21+.
Over at Park City Live, meanwhile, several big name acts will be performing for private events, including Skrillez and Iggy Azalea.
