Maroon 5, The Cure announce Utah shows


No, not together.

But one of the biggest names currently in pop-alternative rock will be headed to Salt Lake, in addition to one of the all-time biggest names in college alternative radio.

Adam Levine and the other guys, collectively known as Maroon 5, won’t play at Vivint Arena until Oct. 8, 2016. But you can buy tickets starting on Nov. 14. Tove Lo opens.

But before they get here, Robert Smith and The Cure return on June 3 to the Maverik Center. According to a press release from the band, the iconic gothers will be performing “37 years of Cure songs, mixing hits, rarities, favourites, and as yet unreleased tracks in a brand new stage production.”
